Join us at the Cafeteria at the High School on Sunday, April 3rd at 1pm, for our 2016 Caucus to Elect delegates to the Democratic State Convention, and for our reorganizational meeting of our seven Ward Committees. All Democrats are invited to attend and run as delegates. All recently elected members of the Ward Committee are invited to participate and vote in the Reorg. All interested parties may attend.

Here is the timeline 

1:00 pm Call the Intro City Committee meeting to go over the rules and timing for the day

1:15 pm Call the reorg for Ward Committees meetings (1-7)

1:30pm the Reorg resumes session with the Wards coming together for the City Reorg..

1:50pm Recess the Ward /City Committee Reorg meetings 

2:00 pm Call the Caucus.
